Novacroft is a frame worked supplier for the Department for Transport's English National Concessionary Travel Card Scheme. A total of 35 Transport Concession Authorities contracted Novacroft to print and despatch the issue of all cards to all of their existing pass holders equating to 570,732 cards. The deadline for card despatch was the 1st April 2008. Novacroft was one of the only suppliers to despatch all cards in time for the 1st April 2008 deadline. Every card sent out included either a leaflet or a carrier slip and Novacroft has an expert team of fulfilment operatives specifically employed to undertake stuffing envelopes and despatching cards with same day turnaround.
We also issue large volumes of Oyster cards from both online and hard copy applications and whilst not smart, we have issued almost 400,000 Railcards for ATOC, with same day turnaround for both schemes so we are accustomed to producing significant numbers of cards again all of which include fulfilment materials of some description.
The Novacroft fulfilment process has "inbuilt quality" checks at the various stages. The operating system only allows the operator to move onto the next stage if the previous process has been completed correctly. This type of "inbuilt quality" identifies immediate problems that can be resolved straight away rather than at the end of the process.
Novacroft has Royal Mail Advanced Mail, Clean Mail & Clean Mail Plus OCR accreditation and Royal Mail E*Pro mailing docket which is key to achieving successful delivery.
