Marketing Software Solutions are specialist providers of database solutions for companies wishing to establish dialogue with their customers based on previous behaviour and the insights gathered from it. We have built solutions for UK, European, Australian and American companies all of which have enabled them to implement highly personalised communication programmes which are fully trackable. One of the most recent examples of creating a platform for complex loyalty marketing programmes is the work we have done for Genting UK, the UK's largest casino operator. For Genting we have recently implemented a system which, for the first time, allows them to register and track members gambling behaviour and manage both tactical and automated outbound communications offering incentives and rewards, card and voucher based, to encourage loyalty, spend and trial of new products.

This system was acknowledged this month at the Genting Annual Conference as the first of its kind within the gambling sector and groundbreaking in its creation. In particular what has made this solution quite unique is our knitting together of multiple data sources including existing registration process, loyalty card and kiosk usage, electronic and paper voucher redemptions, website registrations and subsequent page visits, online transactional data from the newly launched online gambling platform and lastly customer care centres inputs, to create a centralised database offering the business a 'single customer view' of over 3 million individuals, updated to within 24 hours.
