Our team will create, manage and optimise the Points4Life campaigns covering all the mobile marketing options - SMS (Short Message Services - text), MMS (Multimedia Messaging Services), WAP (Wireless Application Protocol) mobile internet, WAP Push services and full multimedia 3G (third generation) mobile services.

We will use a proven, rapid-deployment SMS gateway with direct connections to all the available UK network operators. Due to the varying capability and ever changing mobile phone technologies we will ensure that each campaign is planned and executed on its own merit and ensure that the communication is relevant and targeted to the recipient of the most basic of handsets through to the advanced functionalities of the newer models.

We have the technology to manage powerful mobile marketing scenarios. Just as importantly, we have the experience to understand the ramification and legal issues surrounding permission-based marketing across this highly personal channel. The Lateral Group Account team will work in a consultative method to advise on all aspects of mobile marketing including;

Notifications of local events as well as points balance can be pushed through. Equally requests for information will be managed with a direct link to the Loyalty Platform and therefore handling requests for enrolment and points balance in real time with tangible tracking and reporting systems.
